Want to build some serious handstand walk stamina and walk further with better control?
This 8 week program is designed to help you build the strength, awareness, and shoulder endurance to stay upside down longer and do it more efficiently.
Through focused mobility, activation, and shoulder overload techniques, we’ll develop your capacity, reinforce efficient stacking, and keep you moving in the right direction. You’ll work on holding shape under fatigue, keeping momentum during walks, and using positioning to walk further with less effort.
Perfect for intermediate to advanced athletes who already have a consistent handstand walk and want to level up their distance, control, and understanding of how better shape = better capacity.
What to Expect

Recommended Prerequisites
✔️ Able to complete a minimum of 5m unbroken handstand walk
Equipment Needed
• Wall space
• Box or bench
• A range of dumbbells or kettlebells
• Plates or parallettes for deficit work
• Optional yoga blocks or sliders for mobility drills
