HANDSTAND WALK FOUNDATIONS
Whether you're working on your first few steps or trying to build consistency, this 8 week program is designed to help you feel stronger, more stable, and more confident upside down.
You’ll build foundational positions, shoulder strength, and the body awareness needed to start moving on your hands with control. We’ll help you overcome fear of falling, develop load shifting ability, and improve your positioning and single arm support strength, all while reinforcing better stacking for more efficient movement.
This program is perfect for beginner to intermediate athletes looking to build handstand walking ability from the ground up.
What to Expect

Recommended Prerequisites
✔️ 30 second wall supported handstand hold
Equipment Needed
- Wall space
- Box or bench
- Range of dumbbells or kettlebells
- Plates or parallettes for deficit work
- Optional yoga blocks or sliders for mobility drills
