This 8 week program includes 3 sessions per week designed to help you build the strength, mobility, and coordination needed to perform efficient, consistent, and clean toes to bar reps.

You’ll focus on

✅ Building straight arm strength for tidy, powerful reps
✅ Addressing mobility limitations in shoulders and hamstrings
✅ Linking reps with better rhythm and positioning

Whether you’re working toward your first rep or want to clean up common faults, this program combines foundational strength, technical drills, and movement awareness to help you level up.

Great for beginner to intermediate athletes, but also packed with progressions and accessory tools for more advanced athletes who want to sharpen their skill

Recommended Prerequisites

✔️ 30s Active Hang
✔️ Basic understanding of hollow/arch shapes
✔️ 10 Strict Knee Raises

Range of dumbbells or kettlebells
