Mahi X is designed for athletes who want to consistently build and maintain a strong foundation without burning out. It’s perfect for those who still love pushing themselves but now prioritize balance, lifestyle, and longevity. This program offers a varied training structure that listens to your body, featuring daily rehab, optional sessions, and a focus on sustainable progress.

Program Structure:

  • Five days a week of training with opt-in/opt-out sessions + Optional catch up
  • Choose from a variety of segments each day, including bodybuilding, gymnastics, strength, endurance, metabolic conditioning, and power/plyometric sessions
  • Complete daily rehab/prehab and midline work to address any lingering discomfort or issues

  • 6-8 Week Training Cycles: Structured training blocks designed to maximize progress and prevent burnout
