BAR MUSCLE UP 101 - ONLINE SKILLS PROGRAM Sick of hearing "pop your hips"? Failing reps by getting your chest to the bar but struggling to get the turn over? Battling with a chicken wing? THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU! This program is designed to break down the Bar Muscle Up for Beginner to Intermediate athletes. We aim to build the foundational skills and strength components used to improve positioning & efficiency in the Bar Muscle Up. This program consists of an 8 week training block, focusing on breaking down the various skill components and common faults seen in the Bar Muscle Up. We will address issues such as; timing, opitimising your 'hip pop'(aka knee drive), improving efficiency, overcoming your chicken wing and more.
