This program is designed to break down the Butterfly Pull Up for Intermediate to Advanced athletes. We aim to build the foundational skills and strength components used to improve positioning & efficiency in the Butterfly Pull Up. This program consists of a 6-Week training block, focusing on common faults & developing the various skill components needed to master the Butterfly Pull Up. We will address issues such as; body positioning, scapular strength and awareness, pulling strength, mobility, and more.
