HANDSTAND WALK 101 - ONLINE SKILLS PROGRAM Ready to take your first steps upside down? Lacking overall body awareness? Fear of falling? Struggling with the shoulder capacity and strength needed for consistent efforts? THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU! This program is designed to break down the Handstand Walk for Intermediate to Advanced athletes. We aim to build the foundational skills and strength components used to improve positioning & efficiency in the Handstand Walk. This program consists of an 8-Week block of training, focusing on common faults & mastering the various skill components needed to develop the Handstand Walk. We will address issues such as; body awareness, shoulder capacity, single-arm strength, awareness and control in inversion, safe falling protocols, mobility, and more.
