This program is designed to break down the Strict Handstand Push Up for Beginners all the way to Advanced athletes aiming to secure their first rep.

We aim to build the foundational skills and strength components used to improve positioning & efficiency in the Strict Handstand Push Up.

This program consists of a 10-Week training block, focusing on common faults, building foundational strength, and mastering various skill components.

We will address issues such as; positioning, strength & shoulder capacity, awareness and confidence in inversion, efficiency, mobility, and more

Program Prerequisites

Before commencing the program is it recommended that athletes can complete -
- 12 Strict Push Ups
- 20s Stomach to Wall Handstand Hold
- 30s Back to Wall Handstand Hold
