THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU!

This program is designed to break down the Toes to Bar for Beginners all the way through to Advanced athletes.

We aim to build the foundational skills and strength components used to improve positioning & efficiency in the Toes to Bar.

This program consists of an 8-Week training block, focusing on breaking down common faults & develop the various skill components needed to link Toes to Bar.

We will address issues such as; straight arm strength, midline strength & capacity, building efficiency, mobility, and more.

Program Prerequisites
